In case you missed it on our Care IV Home Health Facebook page today, we talked a bit about the work we’re doing in Conway, Arkansas. Our Marketer, Tena, is working hard to spread the word about Care IV’s nursing & therapy services throughout that area and our RN Case Manager Heather and others are working hard to provide top notch care once the patients are admitted. From the efforts, came a success story we want to share with you. Below is our original post:
GREAT JOB TEAM! You may not know this, but Care IV has expanded into the Conway area! Our Marketer, Tena, worked hard to get a new Conway area patient referral on board – they were very reluctant to try home health at all, but she convinced them to give us a chance. Our RN Case Mgr Heather provided such wonderful care for them, that they called Tena saying how glad they are that they chose Care IV! Way to go Tena and Heather!
