CONGRATULATIONS are in order! Tomorrow is officially the 15 year work anniversary for Steven, our Vice President & General Mgr at Care IV.
We love sharing stories about employees working their way up at Care IV, and Steven is no exception. Steven, who is an RN, originally joined our team performing marketing duties for our “new” Little Rock branch. He helped build the Little Rock branch, then when we expanded into Hot Springs, he became Clinical Director of both locations. As we expanded into Russellville, Steven worked hard and was promoted to Regional Manager. As our company grew, he was promoted through the ranks to eventually become the VP & General Mgr he is today!
