Home Health Visiting Nurses (Per Visit)
Due to growth, Care IV Home Health is expanding our skilled nursing team to include an additional RNs and LPNs for skilled visits on a per-visit basis! Join our diverse team of RN Case Managers, LPN Skilled Visit Nurses, RN Visit Nurses, and Therapists in performing skilled care to our patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities. Care IV Hot Springs covers Hot Springs and the surrounding 50 mile radius. Pay is per-visit plus mileage reimbursement.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Start-of-care (SOC) & discharges (RN)
- patient teachings
- medication administration
- wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs
- post-surgical care
- skilled nursing care / direct patient care
- patient follow-up
- Additional duties as assigned
Desired experience:
- We are seeking Registered Nurses & Licensed Practical Nurses whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Excellent clinical nursing skills and a background in med/surg or related skilled nursing care
- Experience with Home Health nursing preferred
- Willingness and ability to drive throughout our Hot Springs

Join our diverse team of RN Case Managers, LPN Skilled Visit Nurses, RN Visit Nurses, CNAs and Therapists in performing skilled care to our patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities. Care IV Hot Springs covers Hot Springs and the surrounding 50 mile radius. Must also be a team player willing to see patients throughout our territory as needed in order to support your skilled team. Our RN Case Manager spends the majority of their time in the field seeing patients. Some rotating, paid on-call required.
iPad provided to you for easy electronic charting! Mileage reimbursement or company car option available for employees meeting minimum mileage requirements. RN Clinical Director
NOW HIRING a RN Clinical Director at Care IV Home Health’s Hot Springs Arkansas branch! Care IV Home Health is proud to announce we’ve partnered with national leaders in the home health industry to provide the gold standard of home care to our patients and their families. As a result of this successful partnership, Care IV Home Health (pronounced Care Four Home Health) is growing rapidly company wide and is now hiring an RN Clinical Director to oversee our skilled home health services in Hot Springs and the surrounding 50 mile radius.
Our RN Clinical Director spends approximately 60% of their time in the field supervising their clinical staff and 40% of their time working in the office. Position reports to our Director of Clinical Operations. Competitive salary based on experience.
Duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Orienting new field staff
- Supervisory visits & training in the field
- Monitoring OASIS & skills competency of nursing staff
- Mentoring staff to ensure they meet quality patient care standards & productivity requirements
- Conducting weekly case conferences
- Attending continuous education, training and leadership meetings
- Tracking, trending and reporting of clinical data
- Actively participating in and promoting the growth of the branch
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills and experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Experience and strong working knowledge of OASIS assessments, Medicare rules/regs, and home health nursing required
- Excellent leadership skills with previous experience managing a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency
- Strong clinical nursing skills and the ability to lead & orient an interdisciplinary team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Workers, OT/ST/PT, etc.)
- Proficient with computers, able to learn specialized software, and comfortable using smart technology (iPads, iPhones, etc.)

Join our current skilled home care team comprised of RN Case Managers, LPN Visit Nurse, CNAs and our team of OT, ST & PTs. Provide skilled nursing care on a visit basis to our patients in their private homes and assisted living facilities.
Point of Care Device (iPad)’s now provided for electronic charting – lightweight & user friendly device!
Skilled nursing duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- start-of-care and patient discharges
- wound care, wound vacs, dressing changes
- medication administration
- catheter care
- patient teachings
- post surgical care
- blood draws
- other skilled nursing duties as assigned
