If you’ve been following our social media, you’re aware we’ve had a multitude of exciting changes happen at Care IV since our last blog update. Some of these changes include the addition of brand new departments at our Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas. We’ve instituted a new QAPI Department. QAPI stands for Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement. This department’s main responsibility is to oversee all of Care IV’s compliance and educational initiatives. We’ve also added another new department in Little Rock: Intake! This department houses our patient intake team, comprised of a mix of Nurses and professional office support staff. This staff spends their busy days helping to on-board new patients to Care IV’s services. They ensure a smooth transition for everyone involved, and also offer help and guidance to individuals who may have questions about their home care options.
In the next few weeks and months, we’re going to have a lot more exciting announcements in store. These announcements will have a major, positive impact on both our patients and staff, so stay tuned.
