It’s an exciting time at Care IV Home Health Fayetteville as we embark on a new adventure: Medicare Certification. We are not new to home health in NW Arkansas by any means, in fact, we’ve been operating our branch there for many years, up to this point mainly specializing in private duty services. As we gear up for our Medicare skilled services, we’re excited at the prospect of our rapid growth and, more so, the addition of many valuable players, such as the RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Therapists (OT, ST/SLP, PT) we plan to add to our work family. Our Fayetteville Care IV family has a bright future and it’s all hands on deck as we make this dream a reality.
This week, we added Jana to the team. Jana is an RN Case Manager, savvy in both home health nursing and OASIS. Our next goal is to find a CNA to provide personal care intermittent visits for our patients and to also build our team of Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists(OT) and Speech Therapists / Speech Language Pathologists (ST / SLP) in Northwest Arkansas. Our CNA and Therapy team, coupled with the LPN we will eventually recruit to support our RNs, will round out our skilled services team to provide comprehensive home health services to our patients.
Approximately 4 years ago, we earned our Medicare Certification at our Little Rock branch. We learned so much during that time and our branch has since flourished. We’re eager and excited to do the same for Fayetteville.
Thank you for joining us on our journey.
It’s a GREAT day at Care IV!
