Steven Hammond, RN, Vice President & General Manager
Originally joining Care IV in October 2001 as Director of the Little Rock office, Steven currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager for Care IV Home Health Care, Inc. In this role, he oversees the complete operations of four office locations – Little Rock, Hot Springs, Russellville, and Fayetteville – including personnel management, strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, financial management and performance improvement. With more than 27 years’ experience in the home care and home healthcare industries as an LPN and RN, Steven also received training as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Certified OASIS Specialist, and is certified in chemotherapy administration by the Little Rock Oncology Network. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Home Care Association of Arkansas and is active with the governmental affairs, Medicaid, and program committees. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and Vice President for the Case Management Society of America, Little Rock Chapter.
Paula Dyer, BPS, RN, Director of Quality Improvement
Joining Care IV in September of 2009, Paula is responsible for the development, implementation, education, monitoring, and evaluation of a company-wide quality improvement program. Paula has over 25 years of nursing experience spanning the home health, long-term care, pharmacy and hospital settings, as well as management, quality improvement, and education. Before joining the Care IV team, she was the Manager of Quality Programs for Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC). As Manager of Quality Programs, she was responsible for research, implementation, integration, coordination, monitoring of quality improvement and performance activities. Paula has worked with the Home Care Association of Arkansas for over 10 years and is a member of its Program Planning Committee and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She was a Senior Examiner for the Governor’s Quality Award, and former member of the Southwest Region Conference Executive Committee.
Becky Harper, Marketing Director
Becky has been involved in the healthcare community for over twenty years and comes with a wealth of knowledge including sales, long term care, hospice, assisted living and consulting. She presently presides on the Case Management Society of America, Central Arkansas Chapter Board of Directors. Becky has most recently been working in the Hot Springs medical community. Becky has repeatedly been recognized as the top sales producer in her region. Care IV is excited to have someone of Becky’s caliber join the Care IV family.
Lyle Howarth, Clinical Director
After originally joining the Care IV team as a Private Duty RN in 2014, Lyle was promoted to the position of Clinical Director in 2016. Lyle earned his ADN from Northwest Arkansas Community College, where he continues to work as an Instructor. Before discovering a love for home health, Lyle worked primarily in the behavioral health setting, dealing primarily with the adolescent population. A military veteran, Lyle’s first career was in the Air Force where he served our country for 22 years before retiring to embark on his second career in nursing. Lyle has been promoted with Care IV because he has proven to be a valuable member of our team who brings a wealth of leadership and educational experience to the table.
Lesa Leftwich, Branch Manager
Lesa joined the Care IV team in March 2002. As Fayetteville Branch Manager, her duties include personnel & financial management, budgeting, coordinating services, payroll processing, compliance, and much more. Possessing wide-ranging experience working in management and business accounting roles, Lesa also received training at Northwest Technical Institute (Business Management/Accounting) and the University of Arkansas (Administrative Medical Specialist). Lesa has a lengthy tenure of over 14 years in the home health care industry, and we are proud of her loyalty and excellent level of service to Care IV and our clients.

Tina Petersen, RN Director

Little Rock Location
Chris Tidwell, RN Director
Chris joined the Care IV team as the Little Rock Director in 2014. She obtained her ADN degree from Oklahoma City Community College and her BSN from East Central University. Chris has been in home health administration 27 years. Prior to her home care experience, she was in the acute hospital settings, primarily the labor and delivery setting. Chris is a vital member of the Care IV team and brings a wealth of home care experience.
Carol Morrow, RN Director
Carol joined the Care IV team as the Director of Care IV Russellville in February 2010, bringing to Care IV more than 20 plus years experience and a comprehensive background in Home Health. Carol has worked from staff nursing to management during her nursing career, which includes roles as Vice President of Nursing for Washington Regional Medical System, Director of Nursing for Fayetteville City Hospital, and Director of Home Care for Johnson Regional Medical Center. She has also served on numerous committees involving Compliance, Quality Issuance and Infection Control. Some compliments achieved are: Nurse of the Year, Valetta Myers Buck Award, Home Health Elite (duplicates), and Deficiency free surveys. We value Carol’s contributions to Care IV.
