Compliments for a job well done

It’s time again for COMPLIMENTS! Big shout out to Lee, RN Case Mgr, at Care IV Hot Springs. The grandmother of a patient, whose spouse happens to work in healthcare too, had the following to say about Lee:

“Lee was so wonderful with her care and teaching of our grandson. She was patient and helped allay his and our fears. I realize that in your and my husband’s line of work that it is more often to get criticism and very seldom praise, and I wanted to give credit where credit is due.”
